How does it work ?

• Ticketswap is linked to Infomaniak, our ticketing provider.
• You put your tickets up for sale.
• Ticketswap automatically checks the ticket’s validity with Infomaniak.
• Ticketswap cancels the original QR code and replaces it with a new one to issue a new valid ticket.
• No service fees or commissions are applied by the organising committee.
• Service fees are applied by Ticketswap:
  • to the seller: 5%
  • to the buyer: 7%

• The seller cannot increase the price by more than the value of the service fees applied to them by Ticketswap.
