The competition programme is subject to change by the IBU (International Biathlon Federation).

Free for children under 5 (born in 2022 and after) in the piste area only BUT ticket mandatory.

Group offer from 15 people aged 12 and over (born in 2014 and before) for the same day in the course area only.
Offer valid only for groups from the same legal entity on presentation of proof (excluding travel agencies, tour operators and other retailers). Single payment in the name of the entity. Order form only, please contact us. All requests must be approved by the Organising Committee.

• Non-numbered standing places in the grandstand and course area.
• In the event of a sold-out event, no waiting list will be set up by the organiser.
• Parents must be able to prove their child’s age at access control.
• Although not recommended for young children, access to the stands is tolerated if the child is carried in a sling. In this case, children under 3 (born in 2024 or later) will be admitted free of charge, but only one seat may be occupied by the parent and child.
• There will be no free access zones; access to the stadium and course area will be subject to a charge.
• No mixed tickets (grandstand + course area). Tickets in the grandstand area do not give access to the course area and tickets in the course area do not give access to the grandstand.

Tickets cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor can they be taken back or exchanged, except in the event of partial or total cancellation of the event (excluding postponements) by the Organiser.

In the event of total cancellation of the event, i.e. if all the competition days on the programme are cancelled, the price of the tickets will be refunded, with a service charge equivalent to 4% of the total amount of the order (shopping cart made up of one or more tickets).

In the event of partial cancellation of the event, i.e. cancellation of one, two or three days of competitions on the programme:

– either the price of the tickets for the days concerned purchased individually will be refunded without any deduction of service charges.

– or the price of the tickets for the days of competition concerned included in a 4-day Pass will be refunded, without any service charge being deducted, on the basis of the value of the price of the single ticket less 5% corresponding to the commercial discount granted as part of the 4-day Pass.

In the event of cancellation of one competition out of two scheduled on the same day, the tickets for the day in question will be refunded at 50% of the value of the ticket for the day (value of the ticket purchased individually or value of the ticket included in a 4-day Pass) without any service charge being withheld.
